Throughout your pet’s stay, our trained staff will monitor their appetite, behavior, comfort, and overall well-being. We can administer routine medications, if needed, and recognize subtle changes that may indicate a developing health concern. If an illness or emergency arises, our onsite veterinary team is available to assess the situation and provide prompt medical attention.

    Choose the accommodations that best fit your pet’s size, comfort, and activity needs. Every lodging option includes comfortable bedding, with upgraded stays offering additional space and special amenities.

    Canine guests are walked four times daily in one of our spacious, fenced-in yards and all guests are fed at assigned times to your specifications. Our aim is to make your pet's stay at East Orlando Animal Hospital a comfortable second choice to being at home.

    Cozy Stay — $34 per night

    A comfortable cage accommodation designed for dogs under 50 lbs.

    Classic Run — $36 per night

    An 18-square-foot run..

    Small Luxury Stay — $44 per night

    An upgraded 18-square-foot run featuring:

    • An elevated sleeping platform

    • Comfortable bedding

    • 20 minutes of daily playtime

    • Complimentary cookies

    Large Luxury Stay — $48 per night

    A spacious, custom-themed 30-square-foot room featuring:

    • An elevated sleeping platform

    A 14-square-foot condo with four vertical levels for your cat to explore. Each condo includes:

    A Fresh Start Home

    Departure Bath — $34

    Every pet guest receives a required departure bath before heading home, performed by one of our Animal Care Technicians or groomers.

    Full grooming prices vary based on your pet’s breed, requested cut or style, and temperament. Animal Care Technicians provide baths but do not perform cuts, trims, or styling. Please request a complimentary grooming consultation for the most accurate pricing.

    Add More Fun to Their Stay

    Additional Playtime — $9.36 per 20-minute session

    Give your pet another opportunity to play, move, and burn off energy in a safe, monitored environment. Additional playtime is especially recommended for highly energetic dogs and cats who benefit from an extra outlet during their stay.

    Sunday Departures

    Sunday departures are available for an additional $22 fee due to limited staffing. Please note that we are unable to accept boarding arrivals on Sundays.

  • Health & Vaccination Requirements

    Healthy Guests Make for Happy Stays

    The health and safety of every pet in our care are important to us. To help protect all our guests, pets must be current on the following vaccinations and health screenings before their stay.

    Requirements for Dogs

    • Rabies vaccine

    • DHPP vaccine

    • Leptospirosis vaccine

    • Bordetella vaccine administered within the last six months

    • Intestinal parasite test completed within the last six months

    Requirements for Cats

    • Rabies vaccine

    • FVRCP vaccine

    • Intestinal parasite test

  • Dining During Your Pet’s Stay

    A familiar diet can help your pet feel more at home and reduce the chance of an upset stomach during their stay. For this reason, we strongly recommend bringing your pet’s regular food from home.

    If bringing food is not possible, we proudly offer Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin dry food for both dogs and cats at no additional cost.

  • Medical Boarding for Pets Needing Extra Support

    Some pets benefit from a higher level of care and supervision while boarding. Medical boarders stay in our hospital area, where our doctors and veterinary technicians can more closely attend to their needs.

    Medical boarding is intended for higher-risk guests, including pets with seizure disorders, diabetes, advanced age, or another disease or condition that the attending doctor determines requires additional care.

  • Medication Administration

    Our team can administer approved medications according to your pet’s prescribed schedule. Fees are based on how frequently medication is needed:

    • Once daily: $13

    • Twice daily: $16.50

    • Three times daily: $18

  • Is there a limit to the number of pets I can book in at a time?

    We have a large facility and are able to accommodate several animals at once, provided you give us sufficient notice.

    Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to place family members (canine/canine or feline/feline) together.

  • How much does pet daycare cost?

    Daycare and medical day boarding fees vary based on factors such as the size of the pet and special medical requirements. That said, our pricing is affordable and competitive, and we welcome you to contact us for a quote.

  • What time should I drop off and pick up my pet?

    All pets must be dropped off and picked up during regular office hours. Reservations are recommended, especially for holidays and summer weekends. During these times, we recommend calling 2-3 weeks in advance to increase the chance of a spot being available.

    Medication: If your pet takes any medication, bring it along for our staff to administer.

  • How should I prepare for my pet's stay?

    Each animal is different. To prepare for your pet's stay with us, we'll take the following steps to ensure that we can meet their unique needs.

    Step 1: Contact us to get started

    Call us to book and discuss details about your pet and your boarding needs. A member of our team will be happy to coordinate your booking.

    Please note that, due to the nature of our accommodations, we do not accept unaltered dogs. Pets must be up to date with all vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks to stay at our facility.

    Step 2: Visit our facility

    We want to be absolutely sure that we are a good fit for your pet before their stay. Your visit allows you the opportunity to meet our team and allows us the time to assess your pet's temperament and make sure they fit in with the pack.

    Step 3: Set your pet up for success

    When you drop your pet off with us, there are a few steps you can take to help reduce any stress your pet may feel.

    Spend some extra time with your pet beforehand, and make sure they get some vigorous exercise so that they are feeling calm. When you arrive at our facility, stay calm, cheerful, and confident during the separation.
