I had such a great experience on Friday. They squeezed me in the same day for my pup who was limping. He gets severely anxious at the vet, visibly shaking and ignoring treats, but the staff at the front desk calmed him, then when in the exam room they took him, soothed him, snuggled him, let him sit on their lap, and he had the calmest best exam ever. I’m so grateful!
